This Almond-textured Tomato & Chile Guajillo simmering Salsa is perfect as a standalone Salsa and is traditionally paired with proteins, but can also be used as a base sauce for any other type of plant based proteins.

This rich sauce is made with toasted almonds and a blend of dried red chillies which include Guajillo and fire roasted roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, spices, and olive oil.
