This is fantastic as a dipping salsa, and pairs well with any dish.
Our take on the Classic Pico De Gallo is Crisp, Bright, and Tangy and made with ingredients to compliment any dish.
This Salsa is a great stand-alone Salsa, as well as a proper compliment to any Seafood dish or Salad.
Molcajete Style Salsa Roja
Our classic Molcajete Style salsa is made from ripe-red fire roasted Roma Tomatoes, Chiles Poblanos and Jalapeños.
It's an excellent dipping salsa, for complimenting proteins, a simmering sauce, and any other traditional dish you may have.
A classic Fire Roasted Salsa Verde, but we boost the heat level with charred Orange Habaneros, & toasted Chile Arbol.
This Almond-textured Tomato & Chile Guajillo simmering Salsa is perfect as a standalone Salsa and is traditionally paired with proteins, but can also be used as a base sauce for any other type of plant based proteins.

This salsa is made with roasted romas and tomatillos, and toasted Chile Arbol, California Garlic and Onion, & Mexican style spices.

Roasted Tomato- Pasilla Salsa
This salsa contains the Pasilla Chile, or also called chile negro.
It is the dried form of the chilaca chili pepper, a long and narrow member of the species Capsicum annuum. Named for its dark, wrinkled skin, it is a medium to hot, rich-flavored chile. It also contains Roasted Tomatoes & Chile Arbol for added spice.

We start with our classic fire roasted salsa verde made from fresh ingredients such as fire-roasted tomatillos, chile Poblano, Jalapeños, and Serranos. The mild sweetness from caramelized red onions and California grown garlic. We finish this salsa with toasted spices, oven roasted Pistachios and Pepitas (pumpkin seeds), cilantro, and Kosher salt. Medium heat.
